Croissant Black is a ready-to-proof product that combines contemporary aesthetics with aromatic intensity. Made with Blackery, the special blend developed by Molino Dallagiovanna in collaboration with Barry Callebaut, the product is born from the meeting of selected grains and fine Callebaut cocoa certified by Cocoa Horizons. The result is a naturally dark-colored croissant, with no added colorants, and a distinctive, deep, and well-balanced flavor – ideal for enhancing the breakfast offering of bars, pastry shops, bakeries, and hotels.
Like all specialties in the Forno in Fiore line, Croissant Black is crafted through strictly artisanal processes, carried out by hand.
