SILVER LEAF is our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, refined by the skilled hands of our Vinegar Masters in the Modena factory. It has a deep brown color, delicate and slight acetic odor that gives a balanced flavor. Available in many formats from 250 ml up to 5 lt. Recommended on white meats.

Gold Leaf is our high Balsamic Vinegar of Modena matured by Milano family in the factory of Modena. This product has a velvet taste and a sweet flavor. Excellent on grilled vegetables and raw fish.
