First, we have a nut produced on a six-station horizontal cold forming machine which is applied in the automotive industry.

Next, there is a washer whose shape is truly at the limit of deformability, considering that it is obtained from a wire on a cold forming machine, and the relevant customer also belongs to the automotive sector.

Finally, a stainless steel eccentric pin, made even more complex due to the material’s resistance, that is used in the window and door fittings sector.

All the components are the result of careful technical study carried out in collaboration with the R&D department to combine maximum quality with the optimal process for the company’s machines, always keeping the goal of providing a top-level product to its customers.”
