MILANO HOME: NEW PROPOSALS, TRENDS AND INSPIRATIONS FOR THE HOME OF 2024

New objects, trends and new ideas at Milano Home, at fieramilano from 11 to 14 January . Protagonists will be unique collections and Italian and international craftsmanship excellence and a wide-ranging educational offer.

Milano HOME, the new annual trade fair dedicated to homeware, scheduled from 11 to 14 January 2024 at fieramilano (Rho), is based on four pillars: authenticity, originality, quality and innovation.

An original platform where novelty and innovation converge, so as to showcase the excellence of the sector among industrial production and craftsmanship. Ideas, trends and products will be characterised by design, research, uniqueness and sustainability: the exhibitors’ proposals will present a wide range of solutions to the most topical and important issues of our times. Thanks to a significant variety of talents from all over the world, the exhibition becomes the showcase of insights and solutions yet to be explored.

SPECIAL PROJECTS: A NEW DIMENSION FOR PRODUCTS AND BRANDS
The exhibition will host special areas such as Green Circle, a project organised by bioclimatic architect Isabella Goldman, which will display a selection of products consistent with the criteria of sustainability and circular economy and Ki-Life Sustainable Award , the award conceived and promoted by Kiki Lab reserved for Italian and international companies with a selection of 40 selected projects in the field of sustainable development and social responsibility.

Then there will be the ‘Manifatture in Scena‘ space, an area conceived and created by Ulderico Lepreri, an architect and expert connoisseur of the Art of the Table, which brings together some of the most important European manufacturing excellences in the porcelain, silver, crystal and glass sectors. Within a scenographic itinerary that recreates micro-architectures with a strong emotional value, the brands present will tell their stories and their developments over time.

But the excellence of craftsmanship, in this case Italian craftsmanship, will also be the protagonist with the ‘novebotteghe‘ project, realised in collaboration with Gumdesign, which will host unique realities that tell their story, their production and their know-how through the material and its processing, technique and applied creativity: a path where tradition and innovation meet and where experimentation on the material and research into new processes are carried out.

And also Brand Power© project, dedicated to the strategic connection between promotional and brand products, which includes a specific schedule of meetings. It is a unique project in Italy, designed to bring together suppliers of individual products and entire collections that are more frequently chosen as gifts or prizes in promotional, loyalty, incentive and corporate gift programmes: housewares, tableware, home textiles, furnishing and home décor accessories, indoor and outdoor leisure items, gardening items, environments and pet products, wearables and personal accessories.

And to complete the exhibition offer, Milano HOME will offer a series of workshops and moments of discussion. In addition to the topics dedicated to Retailers, there will be two talks organised by Polidesign to address the themes linked to the changes brought about by smart-working and teleworking in terms of new business models. There will also be 11 meetings, curated by 11 different Italian and international authors from the world of interior design, to narrate new lifestyles through their projects. An initiative signed by Platform Architecture and Design, for Milano Home, which aims to give points of sale and designers a new vision of living places. MILANO HOME: THE NEW EVENT DEDICATED TO THE WORLD OF HOME AND LIVING IS NOW LAUNCHED

From 11 to 14 January 2024, a new project for industry operators arising from the collaboration between Fiera Milano and GEFI.

Milan, 23 March 2023. Styling trends, the originality of Made in Italy, the exclusivity of the products: these are some of the features that characterise the new exhibition project, born from the collaboration between Fiera Milano and GEFI, dedicated to the world of Home and Living.

MILANO HOME is the name of this new yearly trade fair that will make its first appearance from 11 to 14 January 2024 at fieramilano, and which chooses to evoke in its name, Milan, the capital of design and the cosmopolitan city where trends are born, in order to embrace the vocation for innovation of the Lombard metropolis, which is also a privileged marketplace for the home sector.

All this is summed up in a squared-off logo with elegant lettering to echo class and tradition, without overlooking the opportunities for innovation in new living designs. The colours are neutral and elegant and are reminiscent of the latest trends in fashion, embracing the aspects of creativity and design that characterise new style approaches to living.

And the “your way of living” payoff provides a clear statement of the project’s philosophy: at a time when customisation now characterises every production chain, each individual’s taste becomes central to defining even the world of living, a fundamental aspect of “living”.

The event presents itself as an essential and strong event, built around the certainties of the experience of Fiera Milano and GEFI, coupled with the creative skills of a team of experts who will follow the evolution of the project and bring it to fruition through numerous initiatives and special experiences.

At the heart of the exhibition proposal – that includes the world of Tableware, Kitchen , Home Decoration, Textiles, Fragrances, Concept Gifts, Christmas – is the Italian know-how, which will be mixed with the manufacturing, traditions and innovations of many foreign countries, to create a dynamic and international showcase of trends, style ideas and novelties.

A new event that will also be a B2B experiential project, devoted to traditional and new points of sale, small and large, and to those in their business – Interior Decorators, Designers, Architects – who wish to increasingly enrich their range with sophisticated and unique products.

MILANO HOME will not just be a tradeshow, but an inclusive pathway for a community that will have the pleasure of meeting again every January to discover the latest news and discuss current trends.
