For all our pots, casseroles, and frying pans, we exclusively utilize 304 and 430 stainless steel discs and sheets. The journey begins with a flat stainless steel disc, which is placed on a mold. Through oleodynamic pressure, the disc is precisely formed into the pot’s typical cylindrical shape. This forming stage is meticulously repeated until the predetermined depth and specific features are achieved. Following this, the body is accurately trimmed and finished before proceeding to detailed cleaning. The subsequent polishing phase is crucial, not only for eliminating any slight imperfections but also for achieving the precise aesthetic details outlined in the design. Once polished, the product is thoroughly washed and then expertly assembled with high-quality, durable handles. The final labeling and packaging complete the finished item, marking it ready for seamless delivery and sale.
