Founded in 1986 in the heart of the Marche region, CGM S.p.A. was born from the meeting of expertise built in commercial catering and an entrepreneurial vision able to hold together gastronomic tradition and freezing technology. Today it is a solid, evolving company, a benchmark in premium frozen finger food for the HoReCa and retail sectors, with BRC and IFS certifications.

In 2026 CGM celebrates forty years. A milestone that comes with a concrete investment: alongside the historic Pollenza (MC) plant, 2,000 m² combining careful processing and industrial volumes, a new facility of over 4,000 m² has been built, technologically advanced and sustainable, designed to strengthen production and logistics with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental impact.

The R&D department works between marketing and the kitchen: it studies eating styles and consumption trends to anticipate the public’s tastes and turn them into targeted products, cared for at every stage. From this research comes Pepita 40, the chicken and pepper croquette created for the anniversary: the chicken brings the soft, enveloping note, the pepper the aromatic, decisive one.
Alongside Pepita 40 stands the range that built the company’s reputation. The Lasagnetta “Spritz” is a breaded puff-pastry cube, creamy inside and crisp outside, made for the contemporary aperitivo. The Olives with Scamorza Cheese and Potatoes reinterpret the Ascolana olive in a vegetarian version. And the Cuocinforno line, gluten-free and lactose-free: seven references in handy single portions, also available in an assorted box, for a more inclusive table with the same taste as always.

Every CGM product is built on crunch and taste: the two qualities the company has worked on for forty years, from breading research to the freezing process.
