The heart of CGM is its historic Pollenza (MC) facility: 2,000 sqm of covered area, over 1,400 m³ of refrigerated storage, and a flexible production setup that merges craftsmanship with industrial capacity. Adjacent to the original site, a new 4,000 sqm plant now boosts automation, sustainability and logistics, powered by green energy and designed to meet rising market demands with efficiency and responsibility.

The R&D department is a true lab of marketing and innovation: it tracks food trends and consumer habits to develop appealing, market-ready creations.
