LA SASSELLESE

The story of A.D.R. it is closely linked to Sassello. It is in this area that La Sassellese was born in 1961, which represents one of the companies specialized in the production of soft amaretto on an industrial scale. Over the years, the range of La Sassellese products has expanded with Baci di Sassello, Canestrelli and Canestrellini, starting to distribute in the GDO and DO channels. The volumes of the company grow and in 1974 the new headquarters are inaugurated.
In 1994, by the willpower of the Timossi family the Timossi family ADR S.p.A. was born. acronym which means Joint Confectionary Companies; in the following years the Isaia brand was acquired to complement La Sassellese.
The company’s third production plant was recently built in summer 2022.

A.D.R. S.p.A., has expanded the spaces and modernized the production methods, from the initial 1500 square meters of the premises inaugurated in 1974, to the current 7,000 square meters, up to three production plants, with the last one acquired in 2019. It guarantees the freshness of the produced to the consumer because it works with minimum storage and a daily production potential of 20,000 kg. We like to define ourselves as an artisan industry: all our specialties are made according to the rules of the past, with a natural propensity for innovation, from the industrial process, where we work with the most modern systems and plants, up to the care of logistics.
Our three key values on which we will continue to leverage are: quality, tradition and industrial innovation, the latter focused on the modernization of production lines, management tools and staff training.
