Founded in 2018 as a company dedicated to the production and sale of sweets and baked goods, it immediately specialized in the creation of Pure Pastes (used by ice cream parlors and pastry shops for making gelato and sorbets), Spreadable Creams (to be enjoyed on their own or as a filling for crepes, leavened baked goods such as brioches, colombas, panettone, and other desserts), and exquisite Pestos, to support the hands of chefs, pastry chefs, and all culinary experts.

Over the decades, the Dolciaria Etnea Group has grown and ventured into wholesale, achieving excellent results. The key to the brand’s success lies in the care and attention paid to the selection of raw materials and traditional processes.
