SAUTÉED CHAMPIGNON MUSHROOMS

Fresh champignon mushrooms, sliced and lightly sautéed to keep the taste and fragrance.

Suggestions: first courses, side dishes, decoration for pizzas and bruschetta.

ASPARAGUS CREAM

Cream based on asparagus, minced to form a thick cream with the tender tips whole.
Suggestions: for preparing condiments for risotto and first courses, to enrich soups and omelettes, in savoury pastry, for pizzas and on bruschetta.

AMATRICIANA SAUCE

One of the sauces of regional gastronomic tradition, made by slightly cubed tomato pulp with the addition of smoked bacon, white wine, spices and aromatics. Perfect for preparing first courses, with the addition of chilli peppers or paprika if desired.

WHOLE PEELED TOMATOES – ORGANIC

Peeled Organic tomatoes (certified by Bioagricert): the quality of Alimentis production with the confidence of internationally recognised certification. Made exclusively with tomatoes grown in Italy, in the Apulia region. Sweet and saucy, a quality alternative to the conventional product.

TIRAMISÙ

POWDER PREPARATION FOR TIRAMISU’ CREAM – WITHOUT COOKING

1. Dissolve 200 g of the powder preparation (approx. 3 measuring spoons provided) in 1 litre of fresh cream (refrigerator temperature) avoiding lumps
2. Whip with an electric whip at top speed for 2/3 minutes until you have a soft, dense cream
3. Line a pan or molds with a layer of ladyfingers or spongecake dampened with coffee and spread the cream over it. Dust the surface with cocoa
4. Place in the refrigerator and leave to cool for about 1 hour before serving
